Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service played
their second National Soccer final of the season at East Fife football
ground and became the British Champions, beating East Sussex 3 - 1 after
extra time.

Tough Guy 2008
Rick Lloyd, Jon Williams, Jimmy McLennan, Chris Smith, Roland Jackson and David Maloney. Six members from Red Watch of Blackpool Airports Fire-fighters jumped 15,000ft for the children's hospice Brian House. They are hoping to raise more than £1000 for the charity. Donations can be made at the airport. The sky-dive took place on 30th May the Black Night Skydiving school at Cockerham.
